SHIPPING and return
We offer FREE international shipments to major cities worldwide. Please allow us 6-10 business days for Domestic shipping and1-3 weeks for international. We process all orders Mondays through Fridays, excluding USA based holidays. Orders shipped after Friday 1 pm will be shipped the following Monday. Requests may not be sent to a PO Box. If you require expedited shipping, please contact email@example.com. Once your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with all the tracking details.
Please keep in mind that GOLAB is not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges incurred by your respective location. If you are unsure of the costs that may be incurred upon your shipment, please contact your local customs office.
For GOLAB online purchases only. GOLAB will accept full-priced, unworn or defective merchandise on their original packaging within 7 days (of your order's arrival) for a refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to start your return, exchange or repair. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to post to your account.
Made to order jewelry cannot be returned. If you need a different size, please contact us, and we can discuss further. If you have any questions about fit/size before ordering, please contact email@example.com.
There is a shipping/restocking fee for all exchanges, which depends on your geographical location.
Please note that all plated jewelry are subject to color alteration if necessary care instructions are not respected.
